This Antique Pocket watch is in Excellent condition.  R. Siedle & Sons was a noble family of master jewelers of the 19th century out of Pittsburg.  For information on the maker please google R. Siedle & Sons.  The watch weighs Approx.118.2 grams.  On back of watch, engraved is “Oct.23 1902 James E Pascoe”
