This is a Antique Mens "Illinois" 17 Jewel White Gold Pocket Watch. This timepiece and came directly from a Collectors Estate that bought the watch many years ago for a local jeweler. The timepiece is 14K White Gold Filled and is marked on the inside back "The Special Mead" 14K Gold Filled. The timepiece has a signed faded Illinois Single Sunk Dial with Black Numerals, black hands, and a seconds registry at 6:00. On the back of the watch, there is a place to engrave initials. The watch is a 10 size timepiece. The timepiece has a Signed Illinois watch company 17 Jewel manual wind movement. The timepiece is stem wound and stem set. The watch winds easily, sets properly, and runs well, though has not been recently tested for accuracy. The watch is 100% guaranteed to buyer’s satisfaction!
