I have up for auction this gold antique Waltham Pocket Watch. Unsure what its made of. Its about 1 3/4" in diameter. Engraved. Clean and works well.
On the inside it reads: Illinois Watch Case Co. Elgin U.S.A. Guaranteed Ramone 20 years Double Stock #5889284. #18749603 Inside. 15 Jewels. American Waltham U.S.A.
I could find no markings as to gold content - such as 14K or 18K.
