1936 BULOVA "SENATOR" 10AB 7J SWISS ART DECO MEN
SKYSCRAPER ANTIQUE
I am pleased to offer this early and gorgeous BULOVA wrist watch for men from 1936 - Straight from the Art Deco period and well decorated in that theme with classic 'skyscraper' design and overall great shape.
Will make a fine addition to any collection or a great vintage gift for the coming holidays!
Movement:
Well made BULOVA Swiss made manual wind movement.
This is an early 10AB (FHF base) movement, running well on 7 jewels.
The movement is working well keeping good time.
Case,
Crystal & Crown:
Original and signed BULOVA 10K rolled gold plated case with good hinge in overall very good condition with most minimal traces of wear, if any. This case has a classic Art Deco design with skyscraper motif and bezel decorations, those are highly sought after. Minty crystal and crown.
Dial &
Hands :
Professionally restored beautiful pearl tone dial with raised golden numerals and original set of hands.
Tip for collectors:
Despite popular demand for refinished clean dials, I am aware of collectors' search and sensitivity for original dials. Therefore any dials known to be refinished, will be clearly mentioned in the dial section of the description. Otherwise, dial is believed to be 100% original.
Size:
Measures 25 mm side to side (excluding crown) and 37 mm lug to lug.
Vintage watches are often smaller than watches common nowadays;

Band:
Brand new quality genuine leather band in dark brown, 14 mm wide.
The band/bracelet shown in the images is the exact one that will come with your watch. However please remember I sell the watch, not the band. Please consider it as a gift for your watch, it is not a part of the auction.
