Antique Elgin 19 Wind-up Ladies Wristwatch

This silvertone Elgin ladies watch is a wind-up, but I cannot get the dial to wind at all, so it is not working. It has a stretch band (shown in Photo #4) - on the back of the band next to the watch face, it reads "CHAMPION", The back of the watch face says "W 10K GOLD FILLED"- see Photo #6. The crystal on this watch is "bubble" style, as seen in Photo #3- and is perfectly smooth with no scratches.  This is a very pretty style watch, and in great condition except for tiny, nearly invisible scratches on the side- not scratches you can feel, the type that appear from general wear.
